Terms of Service

By placing an order or using stoneandspore.com, you agree to the following terms:

Accounts

Chef accounts are reserved for licensed culinary businesses. Submitting an application requires a valid EIN and business address. Stone & Spore reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke chef accounts at our discretion.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD. Retail and chef wholesale pricing are clearly displayed at checkout. Order minimums apply to local delivery.

Delivery and Pickup

Stone & Spore offers local delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays to specified zip codes in Northern Virginia and the Top of Virginia. Pickup is available at our Berryville facility (Wednesday and Friday) and at the EatLoco Farmers Markets in MetPark (Saturday) and Reston (Sunday).

Product Nature

Our products are perishable. Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling per the cold-chain directives included with each shipment.

Liability

Stone & Spore's liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
