Refund Policy

Perishable Products

Our mushrooms are perishable, harvested same-day. We cannot accept returns of fresh product.

Quality Issues

If a product arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@stoneandspore.com with photos. We will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled for full refund up until the cutoff time for that delivery or pickup window.
  • Once an order has been packed for delivery or pickup, it cannot be cancelled.

Chef Accounts

Chef accounts on Net-7 ACH terms remain liable for all delivered orders. Disputed line items must be flagged within 7 days of delivery.
